Director of Music Ministry
First Lutheran Church, Sioux City, Iowa, is seeking to hire a Director of Music Ministries. We are looking for a musician with prior experience to lead the music ministry of our congregation, serving as organist and/or pianist, leading adult and youth choirs. Our Dobson pipe organ was built in 1984. We appreciate liturgical ritual and music, we are willing to be innovative and adaptable. Gifts for ministry include an ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task, working with a wide range of musical talent and all ages.

Director of Worship and Music (fulltime)
Vinje Lutheran Church is seeking to hire a new Director of Worship and Music. We are looking for someone with great organizational skills, a team player, a good listener, a gifted musician, someone who works well with a variety of ages, and someone who cares for the entire worship life of the congregation.

Young Adult Opportunities
LEVN, the Lutheran Episcopal Volunteer Network, is looking for young adults (age 21-30) with Bachelor's degrees for an 11-month program of non-profit volunteer service and learning about social justice. From the end of August 2018 to the end of July 2019, our corps members will be provided housing, utilities, health coverage, transportation, spiritual direction, and a $400/month food stipend. We also offer a $1000
re-entry grant at the completion of the program.
