Youth, Children and Family Ministry Opportunities


​First Lutheran, West Okoboji has an opening for a High School Youth Leader. 
​This part-time position will be responsible for creating an environment that is inviting to 9-12th grade students and enables them to grow an understanding of their faith. If interested, please send your resume to

Immanuel Lutheran Church, Forest City, IA is looking for a new Coordinator of Youth Ministry. If you are comfortable with your faith and have a passion for working with our youth 6th grade-12th grade, this may be what you are looking for. This includes working with Confirmation and leading Middle School and High School youth group. You are guiding our youth as they grow in their faith and leadership. First Lutheran, West Okoboji (Milford) has an opening for a full-time DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN’S MINISTRY position. We are looking for a creative, dynamic, organized individual to lead our Children’s Ministry Department.  This position will include planning Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, and other Children’s Ministry Programs.  A qualified candidate will be able to identify and train volunteers throughout the year and have an understanding of the Christian faith.  Our Children’s Ministry Programs cover children from birth through 6th grade.
